Lorena has over 16 years of experience in Real Estate with RE/MAX All-Pro. Lorena wanted to build a community of realtors that put service to the community first. The Semerenko Team was created and now hosts many talented realtors with a whole team behind every transaction. Lorena is a mother of two, is married to Tobias Semerenko, and is passionate about helping each client from start to finish. She loves animals and volunteering at her kids' school. I’m an OG Semerenko Team member, having started my real estate career in 2018 as a Transaction Coordinator during the early foundation of the team, learning the business from the bottom up—contracts, escrows, deadlines, and all the moving parts that make (or break) a deal. I’ve seen just about everything behind the scenes, which means I’m well equipped to guide you through one of the biggest steps of your life with confidence!
That foundation shaped the way I work today. Honest, hardworking, and BIG on communication. I was licensed in 2021 and have proudly been with RE/MAX All-Pro for four of those years.
When I’m not working real estate, I’m in full mom mode—married to my high school sweetheart and chasing two teenage daughters through soccer games, cheer events, school activities, and whatever else lands on the calendar. If there’s an event, I’m definitely there in the bleachers somewhere… and yes, you will hear me.

Rachel Haelewyn

Rachel was born in the Central Valley in Turlock, CA, and moved to Tehachapi in 1999. She has been here ever since, except for a short period when she attended Texas A&M for a Bachelor's in Business Management & Marketing. Rachel is a mother of two and is very passionate about all things kid-related, reading, self-improvement, learning, shooting, and so much more. She loves creating content as it allows her to have a creative outlet. Rachel has been in the world of real estate for quite some time now and recently became a licensed agent.

Laura Holguin is a proud lifelong Tehachapi resident, wife to her husband, JJ, and mother to their two daughters, Emery and Madison. Family is at the center of everything she does, and much of her life is spent creating memories with her loved ones while staying deeply rooted in the community she has always called home. Although she finds great joy and peace at the ocean, her heart remains in the mountains and small-town charm of Tehachapi, where she was born and raised. A graduate of Tehachapi High School and a former Tehachapi Warrior, Laura later earned her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Antelope Valley College.
Faith plays a central role in Laura’s life and has shaped both her personal and professional journey. She is actively involved in her parish, where she sings in the choir and leads the children’s choir, helping young parishioners grow in their faith through music and worship. Before her career in real estate, Laura dedicated years to youth ministry, mentoring and guiding young people through important seasons of their lives. Her commitment to serving others continues today through her church involvement, community engagement, and the values she brings to every relationship.
Professionally, Laura has built a reputation for integrity, dedication, and exceptional service throughout her six years in real estate and property management. Her passion for helping others has earned her numerous local recognitions, including Realtor of the Year and multiple community-voted awards. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, landlords, or sellers, Laura approaches every transaction with a genuine desire to serve and build lasting relationships. Her business philosophy is simple: treat every client with honesty, respect, and the same level of care she would want for her own family.
Laura is also passionate about giving back to the profession she loves. She currently serves as Chair of the MLS Committee for the Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors and will begin serving as a Director on the TAAR Board of Directors in 2027. She values collaboration, professional growth, and helping strengthen the local real estate community for both fellow agents and the clients they serve.
Outside of work and family life, Laura enjoys staying active through fitness and weightlifting, embracing the discipline and perseverance that carry over into every area of her life. She loves supporting local events, connecting with community members, and finding opportunities to make a positive impact in Tehachapi. Whether she is serving her church, helping a client achieve their real estate goals, spending time with her family, or cheering on her hometown community, Laura is grateful for the opportunity to live, work, and serve in the place she loves most.
